View Full Version : ClickBank Growing Pains

It seems that ClickBank is having a few growing pains integrating PayPal. I
am receiving emails from new members that have joined using PayPal,
however they are not being forwarded to the thank-you page for processing
to receive their account details. Funny thing is, their payments are not
reflecting in my ClickBank account either. All of them have sent me ClickBank
receipts for proof of purchase.....I had 6 email me yesterday alone. These
are just the ones that bothered to email so far so there could be others as well.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a specific question for Pro Cash about clickbank not showing some sales that have converted. Is there anywhere in Pro Cash that I can see reports of conversions? i.e. when and by whome and how much and for which product?
Anyone... Anyone... Bueller?

I attempted to buy the 8 program mega pack last thursday. The same thing happened to me. After I completed the purchase. It went to a CB page claiming paypal did not provide the needed information. I had to send a couple email to get the refund processed. The auto refund did not work. I'll try again and see if the same thing happens. But yea, I have seen this problem first hand.

A back end with link tracking would be a great Idea :innocent: . I don't think they have one but this is a good place to ask for it.
